Product Description

It consists of an outer ring of split structure and an inner ring assembly with a roller cage, which can be installed separately and is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. The optimized shape of the raceway, raised edge and roller can promote the formation of lubricating oil film on each contact surface in the bearing, thus well reducing the friction and wear, and reducing the noise while maintaining pre-tightening force. The optimized raceway shape can optimize the load distribution of the contact surface, reduce the impact of the installation alignment, and prolong the service life.   Two sets of products assembled and installed, after adjustment of the pre-tightening force, can provide high enough rigidity. Series products of imperial and metric sizes are available.
