I. vibration diagnosis technology of bearing
In the case of bearing fatigue and local corrosion during operation, this is a periodic pulse signal, which can be installed on the sensor of bearing seat to judge the fault of bearing through the vibration signal.
It is characterized by the wide application of vibration diagnosis technology and the combination of the theory of immediate diagnosis.
Application scope: it is especially suitable for the fault detection of the mechanical bearing in operation.
II. Ferrography diagnosis technology of bearing
The wear particles of HYT bearing are closely related to the working process. The lubricating oil of wear particles has a strong magnetic field. Under this strong magnetic field, the particles have a certain rule to precipitate on the Ferrograph. The Ferrograph can be observed and tested under the Ferrograph microscope, and the working condition and damage degree of the bearing can be judged according to the test results.
Features: the machine does not need to be disassembled; the cost is small and the effect is good; the bearing fatigue failure can be found early, and the machine can be operated directly.
Scope of application: suitable for fault diagnosis of bearings with lubricating oil.
III. oil film resistance diagnosis technology of bearing
In a well lubricated bearing, due to the effect of oil, there will be a large resistance between the inner and outer rings. The abnormal bearing can be judged by measuring the resistance of the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
Features: in different environments, the diagnostic effect of peeling off and indentation fracture is poor.
Application: suitable for bearings running outside.
IV. optical fiber monitoring and diagnosis technology of bearing
The optical fiber monitoring of bearing is a kind of technology that can extract diagnosis directly from the surface of bearing shell. This technology includes transmitting optical fiber bundle and receiving optical fiber bundle. The light is reflected back by the transmitting fiber bundle through the gap between the sensor end face and the bearing ring surface, received by the receiving fiber bundle, converted into an electrical signal by the photoelectric element, and the bearing result is diagnosed by judging the electrical signal.
Features: this sensor has high sensitivity; it can extract information directly from the bearing surface to improve the signal-to-noise ratio; it can directly diagnose the manufacturing quality of the bearing, the wear degree of the surface and the load condition.
Scope of application: it is applicable to the machinery of bearing in the bearing seat.
V. Temperature Diagnosis Technology
In the process of bearing operation, there will be some kind of abnormality, and the text of the bearing will change. According to the temperature change of the bearing, we can judge the diagnosis effect of the bearing, but the ability to judge the abnormality is not very good, and the ability is relatively low.
Features: it has a good effect on the diagnosis of some burned bearings.
Application scope: suitable for simple diagnosis of bearings in machinery.
Vi. acoustic emission diagnosis technology of bearing
Due to the dislocation of internal lattice, grain boundary sliding or the occurrence and development of internal cracks, metal materials need to release elastic waves, which is called acoustic emission phenomenon. When the bearing peels off or cracks, different types of acoustic emission signals will be generated, which can be used to evaluate the bearing condition.
Features: the diagnosis speed of this technology is fast, simple and practical, and online diagnosis can be realized.
